Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can use this number to track the status of your delivery here.

Order Processing and Shipping Time

Every effort is made to start your order as soon as possible. All orders are processed promptly after being placed.

  • Order Processing Time: 1–3 business days (Processing is expedited with Express, Priority Shipping)

  • Time to Build: 4-6 business days

  • 5-point quality control audit: 2-3 business days
  • Shipping Time: 2–4 business days (Shipping time is expedited with Express, Priority Shipping)

Returns & Exchanges

We offer returns on all timepieces and have a 30-day warranty. Within 30 days of receiving your watch, if you have a issue that affects your timepiece (broken, not working, etc.), you can be refunded. If you encounter any issues with your order, please reach out to our customer support team for assistance. Refunds will be issued for the merchandise only, this does not include shipping.

Shipping Protection

Shipping protection will insure your order from damage, loss, or theft from shipping all the way to delivery. Once your proof of delivery picture has been sent, shipping protection will no longer cover damage, loss, or theft.

CALX Enterprises LLC is not responsible for packages stolen after a verified delivery by the carrier. Once a package is scanned as 'Delivered' at the correct GPS coordinates, the risk of loss passes to the buyer.

Duties, Taxes, and Brokerage Fees

Please note that for international orders, the recipient is responsible for any and all import duties, taxes, and brokerage fees. These fees are not included in the product price or shipping cost and are levied by the destination country's customs agency.
