WHAT IS A SEIKO MOD

A Seiko Mod is a special watch hand-assembled from the prestigious Seiko automatic movement. This is combined with high-quality aftermarket parts, such as 316L stainless steel and sapphire crystal.

We use genuine Seiko movements to create watches inspired by top designs.

Our timepieces are not replicas and we are not affiliated with the Seiko brand in any way.

We use original Seiko automatic movements for their quality and reliability. Each watch is then assembled with high-quality, custom parts.

ARE THEY WATERPROOF

Our watches have a water resistance of 3ATM. They are designed to be water-resistant for everyday situations, such as splashes or rain. We do not recommend using them for swimming or diving.

Note that any water resistance markings on our dials are purely decorate and do not reflect the actual resistance of our watches.

SHIPPING

WHAT IS THE SHIPPING TIME

We typically require 3-7 working days to handcraft your watch due to demand. After, shipping times vary between 4-8 working days depending on the shipping method and destination country.

In total, the process usually takes around 7-15 working days.

DOES CALX SHIP OVERSEAS

Yes, we offer free worldwide shipping. Shipping times may vary depending on the destination country.

HOW CAN I TRACK MY ORDER

Once your watch has been shipped, you will receive an email containing tracking information. This information will allow you to monitor the status of your order.

If you don't see the email in your inbox, please check your spam or junk folder. If you still can not find it, visit our Track Order page to access your tracking information.

WHERE IS MY ORDER CONFIRMATION

Your order confirmation is automatically sent to your email address after you place your order. If you do not receive it within 24 hours, please contact us to check if there was an issue with your order.

CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER

There is only a short period between placing your order and the beginning of its processing. Please contact us through support@calx.shop immediately after placing your order. We may be able to cancel it before it is processed.

If you contact us after your order has been processed/shipped, you will still have the option to return it once it is delivered.

CAN I EXCHANGE MY WATCH

You can return the watch within 30 days of receipt if it is undamaged, unused, and in its original packaging with all tags attached.

Please email us before mailing us your watch. If you request a return, we will provide you with the most suitable return address.
